Nutrition Consultation Package

Service Description

This two-meeting package will include an initial consultation, as well as a follow-up meeting. During the initial consultation we will review current lifestyle choices, create attainable goals, and determine how to best begin personalized services. This service must be utilized prior to additional services, to ensure best possible outcomes and increase effectiveness of each additional service. *To maximize time together, some paperwork will need to be completed prior to the initial meeting. Payment for this service will be collected in person via cash, check, Paypal, Square CC Reader, or Venmo.
